Technological developments are having an increasingly significant impact on individuals and enterprises: New business opportunities and smart technologies are widely changing the equilibrium of the established paradigms that form the basis of many legal rules.
This interdisciplinary conference brings together leading experts from Europe and beyond, addressing the impact of digital technology on the law in light of the latest legislative developments.
The focus will be set on:
- The role of personal and non-personal data; The protection of users’ and businesses’ rights in contracts for the supply of digital contents;
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation;
- The increasing interplay between data trade and data protection;
- Digital inheritance;

AVVERTENZE
Il corso si terrà in lingua inglese.
Se vi saranno richieste nel numero pari al 50% dei posti disponibili, verrà attivato anche il servizio di traduzione simultanea in lingua italiana.
Il numero di iscrizioni ammesse è limitato a 250 partecipanti, di cui il 20% dei posti riservato a studenti e praticanti e dottorandi di ricerca.
Le iscrizioni rimarranno aperte dal 15 novembre fino ad esaurimento dei posti disponibili.
La quota di iscrizione non è comprensiva di spese di pernottamento e pasti. Per il buffet lunch potranno essere acquistati i voucher a prezzi agevolati direttamente presso la struttura ospitante.
Verranno stipulate convenzioni con alberghi della zona per consentire il pernottamento a condizioni convenienti per i nostri iscritti, la prenotazione dovrà essere eseguita individualmente dagli interessati.
La partecipazione alla conferenza consentirà di ottenere il riconoscimento di n. 12 crediti formativi, come da delibera della Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura in data 16 novembre 2017.
